Secure Payment
All transactions can be made via PayPal or by a UK bank cheque made payable to Blu Nitrox. PayPal uses secure encrypted technology and includes buyer protection for 'peace of mind' purchasing over the internet. It is free, quick and easy. If you pay by cheque we will despatch your goods as soon as the cheque has cleared, around 3 days, and immediately when we receive instructions that you have made a credit or debit card transaction with PayPal. Customer Technical Support
Before selling technical products on our site we check that the manufacturers have online support facilities. The installation instructions you receive with your product will have web/email addresses and standard rate telephone support for those products.
Delivery within the United Kingdom
We try to dispatch all orders on the day of receipt, orders received before 3pm will almost certainly be dispatched the same working day (Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability). If in the event of a delay it is not possible to dispatch your order promptly you will receive an e-mail to advise you of this.
Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail first class recorded post.
Delivery times (within the UK)
Most of our products are supplied direct from stock and will be delivered by first class mail, the Post Office aim to deliver 92% on the next working day after posting.
If goods cannot be shipped within a reasonable time we will e-mail you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offer you the opportunity to cancel or part-ship your order.
If you do not receive your goods within seven working days you should contact us. We've found that over 50% of lost parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a local Royal Mail sorting office, so please check first. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Quality Assurance
If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately, giving as much information as possible. All damaged or faulty goods will be replaced with an equivalent product, or a refund will be given.
7 day money back cancellation
We will refund money paid for products returned to us with seals intact and in their original packaging.

Shipping costs and transfer fees are non-refundable.
eDimensional 3D Glasses - 30 day product returns
For your peace of mind. If you are not happy with your ED 3D glasses please return them with all of the original components and we will refund you (less a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price). Merchandise must be in a new and working condition when returned or buyer may be assessed a fee up to the full purchase amount. All returned checks or bank transfers are subject to a £14 fee. Shipping costs and transfer fees are non-refundable.

We will exchange other goods purchased here if they are found to be faulty. We will check the goods to determine that they do have a manufacturing fault. We will then replace the items.
If the goods are found not to be at fault, or that they have been mal treated then you have the option for a replacement at the original purchase price or for us to send the original goods back to you. We will however endeavour to check any complaint about a product and try to bring about a satisfactory result for both parties.

Manufacturers Warrantees
eDimentional products including Natural Point are warranted for a period of 90 days (US manufacturer warranty). X3D technology products are warranted for a period of 180 days (US manufacturer warranty) for parts and labour against manufacturing faults. Either, goods will be repaired or a complete exchange offered if un repairable, or a partial replacement to rectify the problem.
All other goods are covered by UK manufacturers warrantees for a period of 1 year for parts and labour against manufacturing faults. Either, goods will be repaired or a complete exchange offered if un repairable, or a partial replacement to rectify the problem.
